Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and applicable licensure.
• Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA methodologies.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Desire to teach, mentor, and support children, families, and team members.
• Ability to work full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, goals, and programming.
• Design and oversee data-driven ABA interventions.
• Provide case management for assigned clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming based on client needs.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and supervisees.
• Participate in meetings, training, and professional development.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and other clinical professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide direct client support as needed.
