The Trellis Center at KidsTLC in Kansas City area is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This professional will work with the Vice President of Autism Services, the Clinical Director, fellow BCBAs, and RBTs in a peer-to-peer clinical model to advance autism services.

Responsibilities include assessments, data-driven planning, supervising RBTs, and ensuring ethical, high-quality ABA practice. Competitive benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure required (state-specific).
• Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans.
• Lead and supervise data-driven programming and progress toward goals.
• Lead meetings, training, and professional development.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Maintain appropriate records and direct client support as needed.
