Job summary

Behavioral Innovations - Southlake Treatment Center is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians/RBTs to deliver clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Paid training is provided, with BCBA supervision and a clear career path.

Opportunities for growth include a future BCBA track; schedule is Mon-Fri with some Saturdays; full-time preferred, part-time options with 25+ hrs/week.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic is required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it (provided by BI).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
