Job summary

Beyond Behavior Consulting is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in our Fortyse Fort center, supporting children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication and social skills in a structured clinic setting.

Ideal candidates are dependable, patient, and detail-oriented, comfortable with teamwork, and able to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Requires effective communication with families and clinical team.
• Must be reliable and able to follow treatment plans.
• Able to document progress and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Forty Fort center.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and graph behavioral and skill data during sessions.
• Maintain session notes and client program materials.
• Communicate with caregivers, teachers, and care team.
• Attend supervision meetings and complete required documentation.
