You will manage referrals, documents, and inbound calls, becoming a subject matter expert on our autism services to help families understand how we assist children.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics, including document management, tracking people and items, and communications with referral sources.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how we help children and families.
