Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to support busy clinics with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, coordinating with referral sources, and handling inbound calls from prospective and current families.

You will become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand ABC's approach and the services we provide, while contributing to a culture based on learning, teamwork, excellence, caring, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communications.
• Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC helps children.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership; embody core values.
