What you will be doing at ABC

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people and things, and internal and external communication with referral sources.
• Give great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help our children and how we can help them.
• Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates.
