Job summary

ABC Clinic Admissions is seeking a compassionate Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first contact for families starting ABA therapy. You’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy, coordinate documents, and support referrals, while upholding our values of learning, teamwork, excellence, caring, and fun.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in administrative or customer service roles, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children with autism.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions including document management and communication with referral sources.
• Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand our services.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks for operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Uphold company values and be a cultural role model for teammates.

As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

What You Will Be Doing At ABC

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
