Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to support busy clinics in Austin, TX, handling administrative duties, communications, and client relations. You will learn ABC’s autism services to inform families and coordinate with referrals, scheduling, and admissions teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for clinics, including document management and internal/external communications.
• Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to educate staff and families about ABC's approach.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to assist operations manager and clinical leadership.

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
