Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Texas to be the first connection for families starting ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy, manage administrative tasks, and support referral sources while upholding ABC values.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people and things, and internal and external communication with referral sources.
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.

What You Will Be Doing At ABC

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
