Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families beginning their ABA journey. You’ll guide them through the admissions process with empathy and clear information, helping them feel supported and confident.

Responsibilities include managing daily admin tasks for busy clinics, handling inbound calls from prospective and current families, and collaborating with operations and clinical leaders to streamline admissions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in administrative work, customer service, or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Eagerness to contribute to a caring, team-oriented culture.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

What You Will Be Doing At ABC

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
• Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates
