New Vista Madison County Clinic in Richmond, KY seeks a Regular Full Time Admin Support to provide frontline administrative assistance to the unit and clientele, ensuring a welcoming environment and a universal gateway to New Vista services. You will handle day-to-day operations, coordinate message distribution, and support staff to meet program goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

Greet clients in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries.
Schedule New Vista appointments for clients, providing centralized access to services.
Provide suggestions and feedback to improve clinic experience.
Ensure a welcoming and trauma-informed environment for clients and staff.
Assist with telehealth navigation and connectivity for clients.
Maintain up-to-date client information in the EHR system.
Collect payments and manage cash/web-based transactions.
Support clinical staff with scheduling and paperwork as needed.
Promote a positive, professional clinic atmosphere for clients, staff, and community.
