Job summary

University of Cincinnati Campus Recreation is seeking a Climbing Wall Specialist to support daily operations at the Campus Recreation Center. You will maintain a safe climbing environment, assist with wall maintenance, run programs, and issue equipment to members and guests.

The role requires 1–2 years climbing experience, enrollment as a student, 16+ years old, and willingness to obtain Belay Certification and CPR/AED. Join a team that values teamwork, service, and safety on a vibrant campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Enrolled at a post-secondary institution or secondary school.
• Enrolled at least part-time and will be a registered student next term.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• 2 years climbing experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain Belay Certification through Campus Recreation.
• Willing to obtain Red Cross CPR/AED Professional Rescuer Certification.
