Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee climbing wall operations, safety, and facility maintenance.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop programs, events and budgets aligned with department goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Fiscal, Operations) for programs and events.
• Respond to emergencies and implement safety procedures as needed.
