• Experience overseeing top rope climbing site and teaching belaying.

• Proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Ability to foster inclusive campus culture.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements open recreation, events, instructional and adaptive programs at the climbing wall.
• Oversees activities for groups or individuals in various social, recreational, and physical activities.
• Plans custom events aligned with customer goals and objectives.
• Creates policies and procedures based on industry standards.
• Submit requests for use of recreational facilities as needed.
• Develops new group facilitation programs and initiatives.
• Assists with public relations and promotional programs with campus staff.
• Supervises staff performance, training, and mentorship; manages safety training.
• Performs equipment inventory and safety inspections; sets wall routes monthly.
• Ensures activities comply with campus risk management policies.
