Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the climb department operations and supervise climb sessions.
• Direct workflow, scheduling, and training for climbing staff.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs and certifications.
• Provide consultative product knowledge and high-level customer service.
• Instruct climbing techniques for climbers of all ages and levels.
