Job summary

The Kresge Foundation seeks a Program Team Fellow to support planning, implementation, and cross-team collaboration across national and on-the-ground initiatives in American cities. You will manage projects, conduct research, and help inform strategies with a focus on equity and community development.

This two-year, term-limited fellowship requires living in the Detroit-metro area and offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities for mentorship and learning within a cohort of fellows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, policy, urban planning, or related field.
• Two years of experience in related fields.
• Interest in climate change, mitigation, adaptation, and equity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager and coordinator for the programmatic team.
• Support and/or lead projects contributing to team goals.
• Coordinate team activities, meetings and materials.
• Assist in strategy development, budgeting and work planning.
• Prepare materials for presentations and meetings.
• Participate in learning activities, mentorships and fellowship events.
