Job summary

The Kresge Foundation seeks a Program Team Fellow to advance cross-team strategies and equity-focused initiatives. The Fellow will plan and implement projects, conduct research, and support grantmaking activities with a program team to inform national and Detroit-area work.

The role offers a two-year fellowship in the Detroit metro area with a hybrid schedule, travel, and opportunities for mentorship and cohort learning. Strong project management and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating research and program initiatives.
• Ability to synthesize information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager and coordinator for the programmatic team, tracking tasks, dates, deliverables, agendas and notes.
• Support and/or lead specific projects contributing to team goals.
• Coordinate team participation in activities like lunch & learns and program forums.
• Develop agendas and materials for meetings and presentations.
