Job summary

The Kresge Foundation seeks a Program Team Fellow to plan and implement cross-team efforts advancing racial equity in American cities, with research, project management and stakeholder coordination across teams.

You will collaborate on grantmaking support, grantee engagement, and knowledge sharing, while pursuing professional development within a two-year, possibly extended, fellowship. Hybrid Detroit/Troy presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Two years of experience in related fields.
• Interest in community development, the social sector, economic development, cross-sector collaboration, public policy, urban planning, nonprofit management, or philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager and coordinator for the programmatic team, keeping tasks, dates and deliverables current.
• Support and/or lead projects that contribute to program team goals.
• Coordinate team participation in activities and oversee key internal processes like strategy, budgeting and work planning.
