The Kresge Foundation is seeking an Environment Fellow to support the Environment Program in advancing climate resilience and equity in cities across the U.S. The two-to-three year fellowship is open to graduates with relevant degrees and a demonstrated commitment to environmental justice and urban systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to urban climate resilience.
• Knowledge of climate change mitigation and/or adaptation.
• Understanding of environmental justice and public policy.
• Awareness of urban systems and equity-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Environment Program in advancing climate resilience and equity in cities.
• Gain experience in institutional philanthropy, climate policy and advocacy, and community development.
