Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support management in delivering a customer- and product-focused selling culture. You will promote MAPS principles, help customers, and drive profitability while ensuring a great in-store experience.

You will participate in replenishment, pricing, and visual standards, maintain knowledge of promotions, and assist with wrapping and clienteling to grow loyal clientele.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Promotes MAPS principles and provides a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Ensures fast and efficient register experience including returns and exchanges.
• Supports replenishment, visual standards, and store presentation.
• Builds clienteling and wardrobe suggestions to grow loyal customers.
