Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture where our values guide a great experience and maximum profitability.

You will drive sales with product knowledge, participate in store sets and visual presentations, and uphold MAPS standards while building a loyal client following through clienteling and efficient checkout.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 16+ in IL and other listed states; 18+ in all others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive for results by meeting sales goals and guiding customers to merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and pricing, uphold visual standards.
• Support replenishment and boutique upkeep.
• Participate in store sets and floor maintenance.
• Provide MAPS-based customer service and resolve concerns.
• Build client following through clienteling and wardrobing.
