Job summary

You will promote MAPS, assist with replenishment, visual presentations, and a fast, accurate checkout, while building client relationships and leveraging clienteling tools to grow a loyal customer following.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• For the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA, must be 16 years of age or older
• For all other states, must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
• Supports replenishment activities and visual directives; assists with floor sets and signage.
• Promotes MAPS customer service and ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Builds client relationships through clienteling and wardrobing; signs up clients for rewards.
