Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where MAPS principles guide every store operation and the customer experience drives profitability.

You will execute sales techniques, manage checkout policies, assist with replenishment and visual standards, and foster clienteling and loyalty sign-ups while maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by using sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; follows pricing and visual standards.
• Supports replenishment, floor sets, and visual directives as directed by Management.
• Models MAPS principles and provides a cohesive omni-channel customer experience.
• Ensures a fast, safe, and accurate checkout experience and assists with loyalty sign-ups.
