Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by using sales techniques and product knowledge; assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, and store presentation.
• Provide MAPS customer service and a fast, efficient register experience.
• Engage in clienteling, sign up reward members, and build customer relationships.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
