Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values guide an exceptional customer experience and profitability.

You will help maintain store standards, assist customers with merchandise, participate in visual updates, and build client relationships through the brand's clienteling tools, while ensuring fast, friendly checkout.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 16+ for certain states or 18+ otherwise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by using sales techniques and knowledge to meet goals.
• Promote product knowledge and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Support store cleanliness, organization, and boutique upkeep.
• Participate in visual directives like monthly store sets and floor maintenance.
• Provide MAPS customer service and fast, efficient checkout experience.
• Build clienteling and wardrobing relationships; sign up for rewards.
• Support replenishment and locate fulfillment as needed.
