Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, delivering a great customer experience and contributing to store profitability.

Responsibilities include replenishment, maintaining visual standards, facilitating an omni-channel experience, handling transactions, and building client relationships through clienteling and wardrobing. Must be 16+ and have strong communication and service skills.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position and weekend/holiday flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Models MAPS principles and ensures a cohesive omni channel experience for customers.
• Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns and efficient checkout processes.
• Reinforces buying decisions at the checkout and supports gift card sales.
• Signs up clients for reward programs and builds client relationships through clienteling.
