Job summary

Concordia Wireless, a private engineering and telecom infrastructure firm, is seeking a Utility Coordinator to manage scheduling with utility companies for onsite site visits, utility walks, and installation coordination across projects. This fully remote role requires strong analytical and project management skills.

This role is remote with CST hours and up to 10% travel to sites; pay ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 plus bonus, with benefits including 401K, medical/dental/vision, life insurance,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with utility companies (electric, gas) for installations.
• Basic electrical terminology (voltage, amperage) understood.
• Ability to absorb standards from multiple power firms for use in power applications.
• Familiarity with construction plans and timelines.
• Strong communication, numeracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in research and computing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with utility companies to schedule site visits and utility walks.
• Update project trackers with statuses and timelines.
• Document communications with clients and providers; create checklists.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Lead Designers, and Site Acquisition Manager on utility plans.
• Research and coordinate with utilities in rural areas to provide services.
• Support Site Acquisition with utility availability and forecasting for clients.
• Communicate standards, procedures, and design requirements to the team.
• Travel up to 10% to site walks; travel expenses covered by the firm.
