We're expanding and looking for a Client Travel Coordinator to manage client travel arrangements, coordinate bookings, and ensure every trip runs smoothly. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours and full support from day one.

Coordinate all aspects of client travel planning and reservations
Manage flight, hotel, cruise, and package bookings
Create and maintain detailed, organized travel itineraries
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and confirm arrangements
Track bookings and ensure all details are accurate before travel
Provide support and updates throughout the travel planning process
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all client interactions
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Detail-focused and committed to customer satisfaction
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Adaptable and comfortable learning new booking platforms and tools
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
100% remote work with flexible scheduling (20-40+ hours/week)
$40,000 - $50,000/year
