Del Mar College Testing Center seeks a Coordinator to support Program Managers and Part‑Time Instructors in planning, coordinating and delivering client trainings. You will handle materials, prep, setup, and post‑training paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3 years of coordinating or managing projects, or high school diploma with 5 years of experience.
• Experience coordinating trainings, schedules and client-facing activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support Program Managers & Part‑Time Instructors in planning, coordination and delivery of client trainings; create section requests, prepare materials, coordinate prep time, setup and breakdown, assist with registration forms and certificates, and compile paperwork for billing.
• Support Director with monthly revenue reporting and schedule records; ensure resources and instructors are prepared for trainings.
• Manage client portals, trackers, and course evaluations to meet client expectations; provide reliable reporting.
• Onboard new Admin staff and Part‑Time Instructors with Payroll and business tools (Datatel, Payroll, Concur Travel, Schedule Record, SharePoint).
• Coordinate client tours and represent Del Mar Corporate Services at program and customer events.
