Job summary

Quadax, a leader in medical claims processing solutions, seeks an Account Representative to serve as the face between hospitals, physician practices, and internal teams. Based in the Midwest with options for travel, this role requires strong communication and problem-solving to support clients using Xpeditor.

You will assist clients with setup, training staff on features, analyze billing trends, and present additional products while maintaining confidentiality and professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Detail oriented with investigative and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple clients and departments.
• Knowledge of medical billing practices or EDI processes.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel 25–30%.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Strong public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setup, implementation, and daily operations of Xpeditor.
• Train staff on product features and everyday use.
• Read reports to identify billing trends for clients.
• Present clients with additional products and features.
• Contact different insurance payers while researching reasons why claims did not pay.
• Assist clients in writing and testing custom data converts.
• Other duties as assigned.
