Job summary

SIGHTVIEW SOFTWARE LLC is seeking a Client Implementation & Training Specialist in Tampa, FL to design and deliver role-based training across EMR, PM, ASC, iOptical, and Patient Engagement solutions. The role combines onsite sessions (10-20% travel), live remote webinars, and structured retraining programs to ensure end-user readiness and system adoption.

You will partner with project teams, develop training materials, and tailor content to client workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering software training onsite and via webinars.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience training adult learners with varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for all system modules including EMR, PM, ASC, iOptical, and Patient Engagement.
• Conduct onsite training sessions at client locations (10-20% travel).
• Facilitate live remote training sessions via webinars.
• Execute hybrid training programs combining onsite and virtual learning.
• Tailor training to align with client workflows and user roles.
• Ensure trainings are engaging and aligned to adult learning best practices.
