Job summary

FivestoneTechnologies in Texas is seeking a Client Technology Specialist to deliver hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and endpoint support across multiple client environments.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage Entra ID lifecycles, respond to security alerts, document incidents in the PSA system, and contribute to migrations and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft-centric business environments, preferably MSP/multi-client.
• Hands-on admin of M365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Defender, Intune, licensing, permissions, and MFA.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, endpoints, cloud apps, networking, and security tools.
• Experience with ticketing systems, documenting activity, escalations, and clear client communication.
• Excellent prioritization, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Preferred certifications: M365 Certified Admin Expert, Azure Admin, Security Admin, or Modern Desktop Admin.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for client support across tickets, phone, email, remote and onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365, endpoints, cloud apps, networking, and printers.
• Administer M365 client environments: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Defender, Intune, licensing, and security policies.
• Manage Entra ID user lifecycle, access controls, authentication issues, and MFA onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor security alerts and endpoint protection, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document incidents, steps taken, resolutions, and recommendations in the PSA platform.
• Support M365 migrations, onboarding, tenant optimization, compliance, retention, and governance.
• Build trusted client relationships with clear communication and practical security/productivity guidance.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and technology upgrades to create client value.
• Participate in after-hours support rotation as required.
