Job summary

Jobtailor in Indianapolis is seeking a hybrid Endpoint Management Engineer to manage enterprise endpoints across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will implement Intune, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop, while optimizing performance, security, and user experience through automation.

The role requires 2 years of customer service, 3 years of enterprise support experience, and on‑call rotations including some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Three years of experience supporting enterprise software and hardware environments.
• Experience with endpoint management technologies (UEM, Intune) preferred.
• Experience with enterprise client environments and print management preferred.
• This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least one day per week.
• Must be able to travel to various Community Health Network locations as needed.
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required, including occasional evenings/weekends.

• Focus on implementing and optimizing modern cloud client technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Cloud PCs.
• Improve endpoint performance, security, and end-user experience through automation and AI-enhanced tools.
• Manage the full lifecycle of endpoint management, including imaging, configuration, compliance, patching, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise software and hardware environments required.
• Experience with endpoint management and device administration, including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), JAMF Mobile Device Management, MECM/SCCM, and Intune highly preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise client environments, including Print management solutions such as PaperCut preferred.
• This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least one (1) day per week.
• Must be able to travel to various Community Health Network locations as required to support infrastructure, deployments, and project needs.
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required, including occasional evening and weekend support.
