Qualifications

• 3+ years in fund operations or product control.
• Experience reconciling multiple streams and asset classes (equities, fixed income, rates, credit, FX, derivatives).
• Familiarity with T+0 platforms and OTC confirmation processes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation across four streams: cash, accrual & P&L, holdings, and trade confirmation.
• Monitor T+0 electronic matching and support long-form confirmations for OTC instruments.
• Reconcile middle office records against fund accounting books and NAV finalization.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with audit trails and SLA timelines.
• Assist in break management with counterparties and fund administrators.
• Support reconciliation metrics and governance through reporting.
