Viticus Group in Las Vegas seeks a Client Support Specialist to resolve escalated client issues, manage complex registrations, and support Academy course administration. You will collaborate with IT, Accounting, Education and Operations to ensure data integrity and a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to handle high-volume registrations and occasional after-hours events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred in business/communications/IS or related field.
• 3–5 years in client support, customer service, or admin operations; escalated support and QA experience valued.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM/registration/ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with purchases, upgrades, and returns; provide technical support for education certificates.
• Manage large-group registrations and bulk purchases; respond to ticket requests with proper documentation.
• Coordinate Academy course administration and data accuracy; support QA and cross-functional teams.
• Provide backups for phone coverage and escalate issues as needed; contribute to process improvements.
