Responsibilities

• Assist clients with account setup and service requests.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication throughout the process.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to meet client needs.
• Maintain records of communications and feedback.
• Help clients understand services and resources.
