Responsibilities

• Provides information and assistance to clients, agencies, and the public via telephone, mail, fax, electronic, or in-person inquiries.
• Researches problems, uses computer systems, logs inquiries, and coordinates with staff for resolution.
• Performs front desk duties including switchboard, screening calls, and directing callers to appropriate staff.
• Performs general clerical duties such as typing, mail handling, filing, and scanning.
