Placements24 is seeking a motivated Client Support Specialist to join a hybrid team serving the Welkom area. You will be the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and enhancing their experience with our services.

You will manage multi-channel communications, guide clients on product features, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with sales and technical teams.
