Awardco seeks a customer support specialist to assist users of our employee recognition platform from our Utah-based team. You will handle orders, help desk tickets, and communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable using Salesforce, Zendesk, Excel, and Google Suite. This is a Mon-Fri 9am-5pm on-site role in Lindon, UT.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and helpdesk software is a plus.
