Job summary

RBC Capital Markets, LLC in Minneapolis is seeking an Associate I, Client Support Services to deliver field and client-facing support for cash management products, including Visa, Bill Pay and ACH transfers. You will handle information accuracy, record interactions, and ensure timely processing, while learning changes to processes and technology affecting clients and the field.

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year degree in business/finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Windows-based software including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate information on business processes supported by FCSS.
Record and escalate technology issues to the appropriate application owner.
Understand required accountabilities in the area in which the incumbent works.
Leverage and retain firm resources on InfoNET, InfoWorks, and AdvisorWorks.
Research, respond, and follow-up as required to questions from other teams within Operations, other RBC Business Units, external customers or industry participants.
Escalate questions to the appropriate senior associates within FCSS.
Reduce risk by suggesting process changes or modifications as appropriate.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
