The Associate I, Client Support Services positionprovides Field and Client facing customer service and support through innovative solutions.This rolewill assist and provide accurate information to clients and field users while maintaining diligent records of all interactions with the field and end clients. They will need to maintain queue and hold time standards. Additionally, the Associate I, Client Support Services is responsible for staying up-to-dateon changes to business processes and the technology that impacts the client and field they support. This role exists to provide expertise for our cash management products (including but not limited to Visa, Bill Pay and ACH transfers) by supporting all the processes and technologies. Support includes the entire process associated with onboarding and servicing for both our end-clients and field organization.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $50,000-$80,000
