Job summary

WNB Financial NA in Minnesota seeks a Cash Management Specialist to serve as the bank's client support and product expert for ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, Merchant Services and Digital Banking. You will implement, train, and guide clients and staff on Cash Management solutions.

Collaborating across Business Banking, Retail Banking, Deposit Operations, and Digital Banking, you will drive successful product adoption, document processes, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations while

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field is required.
Minimum of three years of experience in banking, cash management, digital banking, or related role preferred.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to clearly explain product functionality to clients and co-workers.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and bank technology systems.
Courteous, professional customer service attitude with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serves as the primary subject matter expert for Cash Management services and related business deposit solutions.
Provides ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance regarding Cash Management products and system functionality.
Coordinates onboarding, implementation, testing, documentation, and training for Cash Management services.
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure coordinated service delivery and client experience.
Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies.
