• Complete all tasks and interactions with high quality.
• Provide technical support for N&D®'s agency and policyholder portals.
• Document client interactions.
• Record inquiries, comments, and transactions processed.
• Follow team Standardized Operating Procedures and contribute to them via feedback to the leadership team.
• Internally recommend improvements in processes for a better experience for clients.
• Take on related tasks, assignments, and ad hoc projects as required.
