Job summary

HUB International in Norwell, MA is seeking a Technical Support Associate for our Commercial Lines team on a hybrid schedule. You will provide technical assistance, support proposals, data entry, and manage policy tasks to ensure accurate service delivery.

The role requires office experience, willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license after hire, and strong organizational and communication skills. A supportive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Work experience in an office environment.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license after hire.
• Experience with automated systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and workflow support to the Commercial Service, Marketing and Production teams.
• Support production and account managers with proposals and policy summaries.
• Enter data as required by insurance company automation systems.
• Process certificates of insurance requests not routed to the certificate processing team.
• Obtain and provide loss reports from insurance carriers.
• Process quotations and binders for Workers' Compensation Pool and Flood Insurance.
• Maintain cancellation/reinstatement system for commercial accounts.
• Handle invoicing of commercial policies.
• Policy checking and endorsement processing of automobile and workers' compensation policies.
• Develop familiarity with forms and paperwork and their purposes.
• Implement a quality control review to ensure quality work and customer service.
