Qualifications

• CPCU designation or willingness to pursue designations.
• Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and evaluate commercial risks aligning with appetite.
• Analyze loss runs and COPE data to assess risk acceptability.
• Structure terms and deductibles to match risk factors.
• Document files clearly for compliance.
• Develop and maintain agency relationships with in-person visits.
• Monitor renewal quality and profitability of the book.
• Provide process feedback to improve efficiency.
