Formación

• 1–3 years of superior client support or transferable customer assistance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create superior client service via phone and electronic channels for N&D® agents, policyholders, and internal clients.
• Listen attentively to caller needs.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
• Complete all tasks and interactions with high quality.
• Provide technical support for N&D®'s agency and policyholder portals.
• Document client interactions.
• Record inquiries, comments, and transactions processed.
• Follow team Standardized Operating Procedures and contribute to them via feedback to the leadership team.
• Internally recommend improvements in processes for a better experience for clients.
• Take on related tasks, assignments, and ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of experience in superior client support experience or transferable customer assistance experience


• Excellent communication abilities and a track record of quality work.


• Ability to multi-task in an evolving environment


• Committed to being detail-oriented and to providing a quality work product


• Collaborative with a customer-service mindset.
