Job summary

Insurance Lounge in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Customer Support Team Member to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through the life of a policy. This role focuses on client support, operational execution, and collaboration within a fast-paced team.

No prior insurance experience required—we will train the right person. You will handle intake, schedule appointments, input data into Applied Epic, and assist with policy updates, billing questions, and renewals, contributing

Qualifications

• Customer service, administrative, or office operations experience.
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound clients (phone, in-person, digital)
• Schedule and confirm appointments to support team productivity and client flow
• Gather and input client information accurately into the agency management system (Applied Epic)
• Assist with client follow‑up and outreach to support appointment setting and engagement
• Assist existing clients with policy updates, billing questions, and general service needs
• Process service‑related transactions including endorsements, cancellations, and document requests
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records within the system
• Coordinate with internal team members and carriers to ensure timely resolution of client requests
• Support renewal preparation and retention efforts
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within the office
