Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Continuing Education requirements maintained.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational liaison between company, producers, employer groups, and carrier partners.
• Support new business, enrollment, renewals, and carrier administration.
• Provide operational support and resolve service issues with carrier platforms.
• Coordinate group implementations, enrollment timelines, and carrier onboarding.
• Educate producers, employers, and employees on processes.
• Assist with carrier portals, eServices, and enrollment technology.
• Escalate complex issues as needed to resolution.
• Maintain documentation and use agency management systems.
