Insurance Lounge in Medford, OR is hiring a Customer Service Representative to engage clients in a hybrid insurance service role. You will respond to inquiries, support agents with appointments and renewals, and help inform clients about coverage options.

The position requires Oregon P&C licensure, strong communication, and comfort with technology in a fast-paced environment. Open seven days a week with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Client-facing customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
• Valid P&C Oregon license and prior licensed insurance experience.
• Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Competence with MS Office, CRM systems, and multi-line phone systems.
• Aptitude for prioritizing workloads and managing calls/walk-ins.
• Capacity to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Expertise in explaining coverage details and recommendations.
• Positive, motivated attitude with comfort using technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests online and by phone professionally and promptly.
• Assist agents with appointments, renewals, and new sales.
• Conduct outreach to current and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate client records in the database.
• Handle day-to-day client questions on claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.
• Produce high-quality informational materials for clients.
